VIPaid Nightclub Model Implementation

Hosts and managers can carry VIPaid Cards with any value loaded (or none) to distribute at events to higher profile patrons to establish a VIP clientele.

Different VIP status could be assigned to each VIPaid Card. For example, a “platinum” VIPaid Card can offer door privilege, free cover charges, drink discounts, table reservations, or any reward program that VIPaid deems acceptable. Lower level cards can be used for door privilege, or smaller versions of higher end programs.

A pre-loaded VIPaid VIP Card can be sold to VIP patrons that come with pre-paid or discounted door covers, F&B value, or other promotions that VIPaid deems acceptable.

At the door the card can be used to establish VIP status, pay for cover charges, redeem for loyalty points, or as an auditing tool. VIPaid can automatically reload the card with value each time the card is used.

Each VIPaid VIP Card comes attached to a larger flyer sized card. Information showing all the various applications of the card can be printed on the flyer. The VIP cardholder than can also access the web or telephone based applications to load value, find out about upcoming events, and be offered information of various specials and rewards programs.

The VIPaid VIP cards given would have to be registered and activated, giving VIPaid a trackable and accessible data base of card-holders, allowing for a range of marketing tools that can be used to reach the VIP clientele. Tools include text messaging, emails, web-based messaging, and mailing. Special events can be created targeting the VIP clientele. Larger upcoming events can be tailored and marketed to the VIP crowd at earlier dates to increase ticket sales and event awareness.

By utilizing the various marketing tools associated with the VIPaid VIP card, various incentives can be offered to the cardholder to also ad value. As an example, emails and messages could be sent thanking a patron for coming to the club, offering specials on F&B on particular nights, discounted door covers or free covers depending on the VIP card-holder, and rewards for regular use of the card. In time, the VIP database could be used to establish a VIP clientele for new in-house promoted nights.

Outside of the club, marketing personal and managers can distribute the VIP VIPaid Card to potentially desirable customers. Examples of this would be high-end retail, restaurants and adult entertainment establishments. In this environment, cards can be pre-loaded with a specific value or reward as an added incentive to come the VIPaid.

With the data tracking tools available through the database reports can be utilized to track VIP trends and spending.

Non-VIP Clientele Recruitment:

Less expensive VIPaid Cards can be created and used to attract new clients for In-House promoted nights, happy-hours, or weekend day events. These “throw-away” cards can be pre-loaded with a value or incentive. 2 for 1 drink specials or free food for happy hours, discounted covers, etc. These cards can be passed out to neighboring businesses, at corporate events, or any place that a desirable new clientele could be drawn from.

In Club:

Cards can be used as traceable VIPaid Gift Cards. Once the value is used, the card could revert to a standard VIPaid Card.

The VIPaid Card can be displayed in table tents (without value loaded) on tables, bars, coat check, restrooms, or any suitable place that would be visible to a patron. Information on acquiring a card would be included.

A few cards with no value loaded could be available in VIP rooms.

Coat check can be used as a place to sign up for, activate, or possibly load value on VIPaid Cards.

Cards can also be used instead of cash refunds for F&B or door.

VIPaid Cards can be used to replace drink tickets, and then the batch of card numbers can be deactivated, so patrons cannot redeem the drinks on a different night.

For corporate events and private parties, the VIPaid Card can be used to track and monitor an open bar. If a specific client has a guest maximum based on bar expectation, VIPaid can distribute the specific number of cards. The cards could entitle guests to a specific number or drinks, or simply be used to track inventory needs so VIPaid can more efficiently utilize F&B resources.

Street Promotion:

The VIPaid Card itself will be part of a larger flyer sized laminate that can be utilized as a promotion tool, with all the necessary information to activate or receive additional cards, as well as pertinent VIPaid Information.

Utilizing existing street team promoters, the VIPaid Card can be distributed to potential patrons as an added value to attract more “desirable” patrons. Different values: free or discounted covers, beverages, food, or other incentives can be pre-loaded for more targeted attempts to attract patrons.

Outside Promoters/Hosts:

The VIPaid Card can be resold to promoters to use as their own marketing tool. Event or promoter specific batches or cards can be assigned to track attendance. The VIPaid card also allows regular VIPaid patrons to be identified.

The VIPaid Card can also be used to track and monitor the proposed host marketing effort.

Coalition Program:

In the next 60 days the Thump radio VIPaid card will be launched with 100,000 cards expected to hit a nightclub savvy local Bay Area demographic. The cards will be supported by radio, street promotions, event kiosks, on-line and email presence.

The VIPaid Card will also link a large shared population of this demographic, allowing a larger base for on-line promotions, email marketing, and venue awareness.

On-line/email :

VIPaid can link directly to a VIPaid specific web page that can offer special events, special offers, and information on activating, loading with value, or ordering a card.

VIPaid Gift Cards could also be available for purchase on-line.

Batch, ranged or card specific emails can be sent to patrons either immediately or with time-delay.

The VIPaid Card is track-able and accessible on-line. VIPaid will have the ability to email card-holders with special events and promotions. VIPaid can also send an immediate automated email message (or text message if patron has the option) each time the card is used.

Reporting/Data Tracking:

The VIPaid Card comes with 36 different data buckets. Each option is fully trackable through an on-line accessible Oracle database. Report options are available for each program. Each terminal can also be batched at any time for on-site tracking.

General Marketing/Operations:

Cards can be resold to off-set the initial costs of implementing the VIPaid Card.

VIPaid can print track-able coupons or messages on every receipt.

Value loaded VIPaid Cards can be offered instead of cash or cc refunds for cover charges or F&B.

The VIPaid Card can be activated on site, via web or phone (also deactivated).
